TERMS OF HIRE (BASIC)

The Individual or Company who signs the Terms of Hire (Complete), issued at the time of confirming the booking, is personally liable for the safekeeping of the equipment whilst on hire.

All equipment hired must be returned on-time in the same condition it was received in order to avoid fees and charges. This the hired equipment to be in complete working order in it’s entirety, wiped clean and with cables neatly rolled.

It is your responsibility to ensure you, the hirer, knows how to operate the equipment being hired. In the event you are unsure how to operate the hired equipment in any capacity, it is your responsibility to advise the Pro DJ HQ hire team and seek appropriate guidance.

A rental bond equal to 30% of the total hire price is applicable for all bookings, with a minimum bond being $150 on any hire.

All hire bookings must be placed at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to Pro DJ HQ’s availability.

The hirer must provide Identification to Pro DJ HQ in order to successfully complete the hire of
equipment.

The Hirer authorises Pro DJ HQ to pre-authorise the Rental Bond on a debit or credit card belonging to the Hirer upon Commencement Date.

The Terms of Hire (Complete) is provided at the time of confirming your booking and is issued electronically via email. A signed copy of the Terms of Hire (Complete) document must be provided in order to complete any hire.

PRODUCTS, PRICING & STOCK LEVELS

While Pro DJ HQ endeavors to maintain the best product offering and pricing on the market, variations are inevitably going to occur due to market fluctuations beyond our direct control. We reserve the right to alter the products we sell at any point in time and adjust our pricing both in-store and online without notice. Given the extensive product offering at Pro DJ HQ, we are unable to guarantee all products are physically in stock at the time of purchase. In the event the product is not in stock either at our warehouse or distributer's warehouse, we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange a suitable alternative.

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

When subscribing to our Newsletter, you are consenting to receive communications via email from us directly. Simply visiting our online store or emailing our team at sales@prodjhq.com.au, you are communicating with us electronically and agree that we are satisfying the legal requirements to do so.

YOUR MEMBERSHIP ACCOUNT

By signing up to an online account via our Pro DJ HQ website (i.e. www.prodjhq.com.au), you acknowledge that you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. We require that any individual creating an account that is under the age of 18 be accompanied by a parent or guardian whenever accessing your account. In the event these requirements are not met, Pro DJ HQ reserves the right to remove your account and/or cancel any orders at our sole discretion.

REVIEWS, EMAILS AND DEFAMATORY CONTENT

Genuine reviews, feedback and product related discussions are always encouraged, on the basis that no content is illegal, defamatory, invasive of privacy or threatening in any nature. You acknowledge that you will indemnify Pro DJ HQ for all claims relating to any inappropriate content you provide. Pro DJ HQ does not take any responsibility and assumes no liability for any content that you or a third party you post. We reserve the right to remove any content deemed inappropriate.

Descriptions, Specifications and Images

While we aim to maintain complete accuracy when portraying a product, variations may occur occasionally. All item descriptions, images, product logos, availability and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, errors and omissions excepted. Pro DJ HQ does not warrant the completeness or accuracy of the information provided on our website (including advertising material). Therefore, Pro DJ HQ will not be responsible for any typographical errors or errors in prices, illustrations, pictures or descriptions.
