Shipping
We currently sell within Australia only and at this point in time, do not extend our sales to overseas.
Time frames to receive your oder depend on your shipping location. Orders processed here will generally take 5-7 business days to arrive.
During peak seasons such as Christmas and EOFY, shipping times may vary based on our Courier's capacity to service demand.
Our current carrier of choice is Australia Post. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
Yes, your online purchase can be arranged for collection from our Showroom, located at 1/20 Loyalty Rd, NORTH ROCKS. Simply select this option at checkout.
Product
We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.
Where a product is returned based on 'change of mind', a 15% restock fee will be applied.
Original packaging and internals are required on all returns, regardless of the nature.
Our sales team at Pro DJ HQ are experienced DJs and have a wealth of experience to assist in making the best purchase for your needs. Catering to DJs at all stages, beginners to professionals, we will make sure you are selecting the right gear.
We aim to maintain stock across our entire range of products. In the unlikely event that we do not have stock on hand at our warehouse, and our supplier's stock is exhausted, we will notify you by phone or email immediately. At this time, time frames and solutions will be discussed.
Our pricing at Pro DJ HQ is set competitively to provide the DJ and Live Musician communities across Australia. We will price match any product from an Australian competitor (and genuine reseller) on the strict basis the following requirements are met:
- The product being price matched is current and advertised to the general public
- The product is identical across all specs
- The product's advertised price is not a sale price and is stocked by the competitor at the time of requesting the price match
